Each 30g gel is powered by raw Western Australian Jarrah honey, a naturally low glycaemic index carbohydrate source with an inherent 2:1 fructose to glucose ratio. This supports higher carbohydrate absorption rates and improved gut tolerance during prolonged exercise. Across the variety pack, carbohydrate content ranges from 23.4g to 24.6g per gel. The electrolyte gel adds sodium, potassium, and magnesium to support hydration and fluid balance, while the caffeinated gel includes 100mg of caffeine from guarana extract to enhance alertness and reduce perceived effort. All gels are free from artificial additives.
